Scale Post

Scale Post Terms of Service

Effective date: August 23, 2026 Last updated: August 23, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Danleo LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Danleo,” “Scale Post,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Scale Post websites, applications, software, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Danleo LLC’s mailing address is 1021 NE 58th Street, Unit 106, Oakland Park, Florida 33334, United States. You may contact us at support@scalepost.pro.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, clicking to accept these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. The Service is not directed to children.

If you use the Service for a company, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, “you” includes both you and the organization.

You may use the Service only where its use is lawful. You are responsible for determining whether local laws, professional rules, sanctions, export controls, or platform rules restrict your use.

2. What Scale Post does

Scale Post is a workflow service for users who already have video content. Depending on the selected features and plan, the Service may allow you to:

Scale Post is not a video-generation service, social network, advertising agency, legal-clearance service, or guarantee of platform distribution. Features, limits, supported platforms, and retention periods depend on your plan and may change as described below.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for:

You may not share an account in a way that bypasses plan limits, resell account access, create accounts using false identities, or use automated means to create accounts. We may require verification or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

4. Customer Content

“Customer Content” means videos, images, captions, titles, account information, instructions, and other material you upload, select, submit, connect, or ask us to process.

4.1 Your ownership

As between you and Danleo, you retain your rights in Customer Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Customer Content to us.

4.2 License needed to provide the Service

You grant Danleo and its processors a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transcode, modify, create technical variants of, transmit, display to you, and otherwise process Customer Content solely to:

This license lasts only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to the retention provisions in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

4.3 Your promises about Customer Content

You represent and warrant that:

We do not review Customer Content for legal clearance and are not responsible for obtaining licenses on your behalf.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

Creating a technically distinct video file does not make unlawful content lawful and does not guarantee that a social platform will treat the file as original, eligible, recommended, or monetizable. You remain responsible for publication frequency, audience disclosures, advertising compliance, and platform policy compliance.

We may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend processing or publication, or terminate access when we reasonably believe this section has been violated or when a provider or authority requires us to act.

6. Social-media accounts and third-party platforms

The Service uses third-party integration providers to connect accounts and deliver content to supported social platforms selected by you. Those providers and platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

When you connect an account, you authorize us and our provider to access and use the account information and permissions necessary to perform your requests. You are responsible for maintaining the account, permissions, and compliance with platform rules.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

You may disconnect accounts through available Service controls. Connections may also be revoked after your paid access expires or a project is deleted.

7. Artificial-intelligence features

If you request caption variants, the source caption and relevant instructions may be sent to a contracted artificial-intelligence text-processing provider. This feature does not send your video to that provider for video generation.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, offensive, or unsuitable. You must review all output before publishing it. You are responsible for factual claims, disclosures, offers, hashtags, legal compliance, and preserving required wording such as promo codes or calls to action.

Danleo does not represent that AI output is unique, protectable by copyright, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Plans, limits, and trials

Current plans, prices, currencies, limits, included social accounts, copy quotas, and file-retention periods are shown at checkout or in the Service. The checkout presentation controls if it conflicts with general marketing material.

The paid seven-day introductory plan is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew. Access ends after its stated period unless you separately purchase another plan.

Pro, Business, and any other plan identified at checkout as a subscription automatically renew for successive monthly periods until canceled. Promotional or legacy plans may have different terms displayed when purchased.

Usage limits are measured by the Service. A failed processing job generally does not consume a completed-copy quota, but completed outputs do. Unused quota does not roll over unless expressly stated.

We may prevent repeated purchases of a one-time introductory plan.

9. Billing and taxes

Payments are processed by the payment provider presented during checkout. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

By starting a recurring subscription, you expressly authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the disclosed price, applicable taxes, and any separately authorized add-ons at each renewal until cancellation. Before purchase, we will disclose the renewal period, amount or method of calculating it, and how to cancel.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or charges other than taxes imposed on Danleo’s income. Prices may be displayed in USD, RUB, or another supported currency. Your bank or provider may charge conversion or processing fees.

If payment fails, we may retry the charge, restrict paid functionality, or suspend access. A payment dispute or chargeback does not itself cancel a subscription; you should also use the cancellation method described below.

10. Cancellation and renewal

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through Plan and Billing:

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the already-paid period and no prorated refund is issued for unused time.

Deleting a project, disconnecting a social account, ceasing use, or deleting browser cookies does not cancel a paid subscription.

We may change subscription prices prospectively. We will provide legally required notice before a price change takes effect. If you do not agree, cancel before the next affected renewal.

11. Refunds and consumer withdrawal rights

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable once paid. We may issue a refund or credit in our discretion for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or a material failure to provide the purchased Service. Discretionary refunds do not create an obligation to provide similar refunds later.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer remedies for a defective or non-conforming digital service.

11.1 EEA and UK consumers

If you are an EEA or UK consumer entering a distance contract, you generally have 14 days from contract formation to withdraw without giving a reason.

If you ask us to begin providing the Service during that period and later withdraw, we may charge a proportionate amount for the Service supplied before withdrawal where permitted by law. If the contract has been fully performed during the withdrawal period after your prior express request and acknowledgment, you may lose the withdrawal right to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may exercise the right through any withdrawal function made available in the Service or by sending an unambiguous statement to support@scalepost.pro. A model form appears at the end of these Terms, but its use is optional.

The ordinary cancellation of future subscription renewals is separate from the statutory withdrawal right.

11.2 Other mandatory rights

You retain all consumer rights and remedies that cannot be limited or waived under the laws applicable to you.

12. File retention and deletion

Scale Post is not a permanent storage or backup service. You must download any files you want to keep.

As currently configured:

Deletion runs periodically, so actual removal may occur after the stated threshold. Backups and third-party systems may retain data for an additional limited period. Published content may remain on destination platforms until removed there.

After paid access expires, you may lose the ability to process or publish new content. Connected social accounts may be disconnected after a short grace period. Deleting a project may be irreversible and may cancel scheduled posts.

13. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and non-customer content, is owned by Danleo or its licensors and protected by law.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Danleo grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service during your authorized subscription period for your internal personal or business purposes.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly allowed by law or written permission. “Scale Post,” associated logos, and trade dress may not be used without permission.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without identifying you or compensating you.

14. Copyright complaints

If you believe material processed through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@scalepost.pro and Danleo LLC, 1021 NE 58th Street, Unit 106, Oakland Park, FL 33334, United States. Include:

We may remove or restrict material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. The contact details above are provided for copyright complaints and do not, by themselves, represent that Danleo has completed any registration required to claim a statutory safe harbor.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal data. Our Cookie Policy describes cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies. Those policies are incorporated by reference for notice purposes but do not reduce rights granted by applicable law.

If you process another person’s personal data through the Service, you are responsible for providing required notices and obtaining a lawful basis. Where Danleo processes Customer Content solely on your documented instructions, the parties may have controller-to-processor or business-to-service-provider obligations. Contact us if a legally required data processing addendum is needed.

16. Service changes and availability

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with platform or legal requirements, respond to provider changes, or improve the Service. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change substantially reduces a paid core feature, unless urgent action is required for security, law, or third-party platform access.

The Service may experience maintenance, network failures, provider outages, queue delays, data-source changes, or processing failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, any particular publication time, social-media result, revenue, reach, monetization, or detection outcome.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Stopping use does not cancel recurring billing.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. We may act immediately for fraud, security incidents, unlawful content, sanctions, or urgent harm.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and dispute provisions—will survive.

18. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Danleo disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that:

This section does not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danleo and its members, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, content, audience, or platform access, even if advised of the possibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, their total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

  1. the amount you paid Danleo for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  2. USD $100.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including where applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or non-waivable consumer rights.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

20. Indemnification

If you use the Service for business purposes, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Danleo and its personnel from third-party claims, damages, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from:

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Danleo’s breach, negligence, or willful misconduct. Consumer indemnity obligations apply only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

21. Export controls, sanctions, Russia, and CIS

You may not use, export, re-export, sell, or supply the Service in violation of United States sanctions or export-control laws, including restrictions administered by OFAC or BIS, or other applicable sanctions regimes.

You represent that you are not a blocked or sanctioned person, are not acting for one, and will not use the Service for prohibited end users, end uses, or territories. We may screen transactions, decline service, block payments, or request information needed for compliance.

Availability in Russia and other CIS countries is subject to United States law, local law, provider availability, payment restrictions, and personal-data localization and cross-border-transfer requirements. Access from a territory does not mean Danleo represents that the Service is legally available there. We may restrict onboarding or features where we cannot lawfully provide them.

For consumers in Russia or another CIS jurisdiction, non-waivable local consumer rights remain applicable. No single “CIS law” exists; country-specific mandatory rules may differ.

22. Governing law

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Nothing in this choice-of-law provision deprives you of mandatory protections or access to courts that cannot lawfully be displaced by contract.

For other international users, these Terms provide the general contractual framework. Any non-waivable local consumer, privacy, jurisdiction, or digital-service right prevails to the minimum extent required by law. We may restrict territorial availability where we cannot lawfully or operationally satisfy a mandatory local requirement.

23. United States arbitration agreement

Please read this section carefully. It affects your right to go to court. This section applies only to users in the United States and does not apply where prohibited by law.

Before filing a formal claim, you and Danleo agree to send a written notice describing the dispute and requested relief and to attempt informal resolution for 30 days. Notices to Danleo must be sent to support@scalepost.pro and the mailing address above.

Except for eligible small-claims matters or requests for temporary injunctive relief involving security or intellectual property, any unresolved dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and the then-current AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Hearings may occur remotely or in Broward County, Florida, unless the applicable rules or law require another location.

Arbitration will proceed only on an individual basis. Neither party may bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action in arbitration. If the class-action waiver is unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim must proceed in court rather than arbitration.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@scalepost.pro within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. Use the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and include your name, account email, and a clear statement that you opt out. Opting out does not affect other Terms.

If arbitration does not apply, the parties consent to the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, except where mandatory consumer law permits you to sue elsewhere.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Service, at login, by email, or through another method appropriate to the change and required by law.

Changes will apply prospectively. If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the Service and cancel future renewals before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If affirmative consent is legally required, we will request it.

25. General terms

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, checkout disclosures, and any applicable written order or data processing addendum form the agreement between you and Danleo regarding the Service.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Danleo may assign them in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the Service, subject to applicable law. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, except payment obligations.

Headings are for convenience. “Including” means “including without limitation.” English is the controlling version to the extent permitted by law; a mandatory local-language version controls where local law requires.
